The Annual Sports Meet 2024-25 at Raashidh Matriculation School was a grand and memorable event. The active participation of the School Correspondent added significance to the occasion. The program unfolded with a well-structured agenda, reflecting discipline, teamwork, and the school’s commitment to holistic development.

Event Highlights:

Qirath & Tamil Thai Vazhthu:
The event began on a spiritual and cultural note with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by the Tamil Thai Vazhthu, which instilled a sense of peace and patriotism in the audience.

Welcome Speech:
The School Principal delivered a warm and heartfelt welcome address, expressing gratitude to the Chief Guest, School Correspondent, staff, students, and parents for their continued support.

Sports Flag Hoisting:
The Chief Guest, accompanied by the School Correspondent, hoisted the sports flag, marking the official commencement of the meet and inspiring the students to strive for excellence.

Olympic Torch:
The SPL, ASPL, and House Captains proudly carried the Olympic torch around the field, symbolizing determination, resilience, and the spirit of sportsmanship.

March Past:
The SPL, ASPL, House Captains of the Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow Houses, along with the Scouts, exhibited an impressive march past. Their discipline, teamwork, and coordination earned praise from the audience and dignitaries.

Umbrella Drill:
The colorful umbrella drill by the primary students delighted the audience with its creativity and synchronized movements, showcasing their enthusiasm and joy.

Patriotic Song:
The secondary girls presented a melodious patriotic song, stirring feelings of love and pride for the nation among all present.

Flower Drill:
The elegant flower drill by the secondary girls was a visual treat, reflecting grace, coordination, and the beauty of unity.

Pyramid Formation:
The secondary boys captivated the audience with a remarkable pyramid formation, exemplifying strength, balance, and teamwork.

Karate Demonstration:
Students from both primary and secondary levels delivered an impressive Karate demonstration, highlighting their discipline, focus, and physical agility.

The School Correspondent actively participated throughout the event, motivating the students with inspiring words and congratulating them on their achievements. His presence and involvement were a source of encouragement for everyone.

The Chief Guest was honoured with a token of appreciation for his presence and inspiring speech, which left a lasting impact on the students.

The School Correspondent addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of sports in building character and life skills.

Vote of Thanks:
A heartfelt vote of thanks was delivered by PT Sir, Mr. Naseeruddin Shah. He expressed his gratitude to the Chief Guest, School Correspondent, staff, and everyone who contributed to the event’s success.

Sports Finale:
The sports competitions culminated in an exciting finale. Students participated with great enthusiasm and showcased their skills. The event emphasized the importance of participation over winning.

Salah & Lunch:
The program paused for Salah and lunch.

Prize Distribution:
Winners were awarded medals by the School Correspondent and Principal, celebrating their hard work and dedication. Red House secured first place, while Blue House stood second, winning the rolling trophy.

National Anthem & Dua Kaffarah:
The event concluded with the National Anthem and Dua Kaffarah, seeking blessings and expressing gratitude.
